Founded in 1982 by Peter Fliegenschmidt we were able to establish ourselves as a leading manufacturer of mobile sanitary systems in the international market. Our approach is to produce most of our products by ourselves. This enables us to react quickly to our customer needs, evolving trends in the market or to set trends ourselves as we did with the new GLOBAL Fusion.

Our mobile sanitary systems are spread around the world and delivered to customers located everywhere. To guarantee best services, we partnered with sales agencies in Great Britain, Scandinavia and West Africa. Core competencies – plastics manufacturing and trailer construction

Our core business of producing and selling portable toilets allowed us to develop into a capable manufacturer of plastics parts. All components for our portable toilets are manufactured in-house either by rotational moulding or vacuum forming before they reach our final assembly and converted into a product of certified quality. The needed moulds are designed and made by our mould makers.

Trailer construction is our second core business. We focus on the fabrication of vacuum-service units, transport trailers and toilet trailers. In 2017 we established a new production facility in Doebeln, Germany. Here we are able to manufacture our toilet trailers from bottom to top. Even the needed sandwich panels are produced in-house.

Quality assurance and certification

All our products are tested before delivery and are subject to our strict quality control. All company processes such as planning, production or delivery are part of our quality management system and certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Product design and development

We are committed to continuously improvement and adapt our production and assembly lines. For several new product developments, we started joint projects with the universities. Thereby we guarantee high level products in the future by meeting market requirements and providing tested quality “made in Germany”.
