Enjoy the summer

This refreshing cocktail makes you want to jump into the pool to cool off on a hot summer day. In addition, the GLO:BLUE Sundowner is an absolute highlight visually and in taste – no wonder it is one of the most popular summer drinks in our team with a classy look and all blue!

Ingredients (for 300 ml)
  • 150 ml sparkling wine semi-dry
  • 50 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 2 cl elderflower syrup
  • 1 cl Blue Curaçao syrup
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1/4 lime organic
  • Ice cubes
Preparation
  1. Cut two whole slices from the center of the lime for the glass decoration and the rest into thin half slices.
  2. Pluck the leaves from half of the mint sprigs and add them to the prepared glasses along with the lime half slices and a few ice cubes.
  3. Now fill the glasses with sparkling mineral water, sparkling wine and elderflower syrup.
  4. Lastly, carefully pour the Blue Curaçao into the glasses. Garnish with the remaining sprigs of fresh mint and you can serve and enjoy the GLO:BLUE Sundowner – Cheers!
